Philippine Medical Society of Northern California
The Philippine Medical Society of Northern California (PMSNC) started as a social organization to
encourage fellowship among Filipino physicians but a growing urge to help others led to a more
philanthropic turn for the society.
Mission Statements:
  • To unite and promote closer personal and
    professional relationship and better
    understanding among members and other medical
    societies'
  • To encourage continued professional growth and
    development of the members through continuing
    medical educational activities.
  • To encourage qualified Filipino and Filipino-
    American students to pursue the medical
    professional and other scholarship support to
    such students.
  • To provide medical assistance to the elderly and
    indigent  Filipino-American as well as other
    minority groups in the US and support medical
    mission.
